Empowerment-Workshop for Neurodivergent Students | “Navigating ADHD & Co-Designing Neuroinclusive Structures” (in English)

07.07.2026 | 14:00 s.t. - 18:00

Facilitator Alex Wolf’s announcement:

An increasing number of students with ADHD are facing specific challenges in their daily academic lives. These challenges are often not only of a personal nature but also rooted in structural or systemic issues. In the previous workshops, we worked together with students to develop recommendations for action. This workshop is aimed primarily at students who are looking for a space to exchange ideas on how to navigate current structures without putting themselves last or even losing themselves in the process.

The goal of this workshop is therefore to:

To create a safe space for exchange and trust, in order to:

  1. Feel seen and heard in the challenges one faces day to day in studies and everyday life (Sharing Space).
  2. Share strategies and experiences with one another and learn from each other.
  3. Strengthen participants in their creativity and self-efficacy, including by showing how one can work with their own (neurodivergent) brain, rather than against it."

This workshop seeks to spark a shift in perspective: away from viewing ADHD as a "deficit" and toward recognizing it as a resource that can contribute to long-term, systemic solutions.
