Transcript of Records for exchange students (Incoming)

Our Office Hours (online via WebEx)

Tuesday: 2:00 - 4:00 pm (Meeting-Link) Thursday: 10:00 - 12:00 am (Meeting-Link) There will be no consultation hours on Thursday, 19 February 2026, and Tuesday, 24 February 2026.

If you would like to attend the office hours, you do not need to register in advance. Please click on the meeting link for the relevant day to dial in. During the meetings, the meeting rooms will be closed to other participants. This means that you may have to wait to be admitted to the meeting. 

At the end of your stay abroad, you will receive your transcript of records.

The transcript is an official document that lists the courses you have attended at FU (including grades and ECTS points achieved).

Transcripts of records are not issued automatically at FU, but must be requested by you personally.

If you have a deadline from your home university by which the transcript of records must be submitted, please inform us as soon as possible.

At the end of your stay, you will receive an information email telling you who to contact to obtain a transcript. This email will also explain the process for obtaining your transcript of records in detail. Please read this information carefully and follow the instructions to obtain your transcript of records.
