After the end of the internship

You will receive an email 30 days before the end of your internship with information on submitting the final documents. These must be submitted using a form on the MoveOn Outgoing Portal Erasmus+ Traineeships. The required final documents include:

  • Letter of confirmation - certificate from the company stating the exact period of the internship
  • Learning Agreement after the mobility - also to be filled in by the internship company
  • Copy of the internship certificate
  • Internship report
  • EU-Survey (electronic) - questionnaire via the Mobility Tool Plus/ Beneficiary Module of the European Commission - you will receive the invitation automatically after the end of your internship

Please note that the documents must contain the same internship start and end dates and that they must be issued and signed on the last day of the internship at the earliest.

Back to School – We bring the world into the classroom

Would you like to volunteer after your internship abroad and inspire students to learn about the diversity of Europe and the world?

The Back to School program from “Europe meets school” (“Europa macht Schule”) enables students to visit their former schools to talk about their experiences abroad. The aim is to give students insights into other cultures, spark their curiosity, and serve as role models for their own stays abroad.

It is a valuable project that promotes exchange. The National Agency for Erasmus+ Higher Education Cooperation (NA DAAD) supports its implementation.
