All other departments and institutes: January 31, possibly May 15 for remaining places for the summer semester (see below)

Application documents (minimum)

Online application form (new portal, new link, new login)

available in the MoveON Outgoing Portal Erasmus+/SEMP Studies from December 01 to January 31, March 01 to March 15 and from May 1 to May 15*
FU students have to log in to the MoveON Outgoing Portal Erasmus+ Studies via Single Sign-On with their existing FUB-IT user name and FUB-IT password.
Up to three online application forms can be created via the MoveON Outgoing Portal Erasmus+/SEMP Studies. Multiply enrolled students (combined Bachelor, Master of Education) can create one online application form per subject or institute/department.
In addition, online application forms that have already been created/sent can be viewed and downloaded as a PDF via the MoveON Outgoing Portal Erasmus+/SEMP Studies. However, this is only possible as long as the online application form is displayed as available in the portal.
Please note that if there is no Erasmus+ cooperation agreement between your preferred university and your institute, you may not apply via another institute’s Erasmus+ agreement.
*Students of Charité and the Department of Law do NOT have to fill out the online application form when applying to the department, but only do so at a later date at the request of the central Erasmus+ Team FU (outgoings).

- CEFR language certificates can be issued by the Language Center.
- The language certificate of the Language Center FUB can be used as a template.
- Language certificates are only issued to students of Freie Universität Berlin who have not attended or are not attending a language course at the FUB Language Center.
- Language tests are offered by FUB Language Center for English, French and Spanish during the lecture period. The test dates are published here.
