The thesis set out to explore the ways in which autonomous midwives of a feminist collective navigate their doings as autonomous midwives, inherently entangled in gendered body politics, while simultaneously engaging in radical self-care as a means of resistance. Her academic, as well as her personal interests, revolve mainly around discourses regarding gender inequalities.
