The workshop is aimed at young researchers who are nearing the end of their doctoral studies or who completed their doctorate no more than four years ago. After the institutions have been presented, participants will have the opportunity to hold individual discussions with representatives from each institution. There will also be an opportunity to talk to former postdoctoral researchers, who will report on their experiences in Germany.

The event will be held in English and is a collaboration between DWIH São Paulo, the Center for European and German Studies (CDEA) – founded by PUCRS and the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) – and the center's cooperation partners.
